Refunds or exchanges (if applicable)
Several types of goods are exempt from reimbursement. Digital products (any downloadable document or material) can not be refunded.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you wish to make a return, please contact email@example.com and provide us the product details and the reason for the return.
To return your product, you must send it by mail, and enclose a copy of your invoice, to the following address:

When we receive the returned product, we will examine it carefully and we will notify you by email, within a reasonable timeframe, whether its defect entitles you to a refund or replacement.
If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, depending on the original method of payment.
* Important * You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. The shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return charge will be deducted from your refund.Depending on your place of residence, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
