Taking Progress Photos

I personally believe progress pictures are a great way to keep you motivated! You will be surprised by the changes you will notice. We see ourselves daily so we take for granted the changes that take place over time so it is extremely rewarding to see the transformation.

If you purchased a challenge that includes the transformation contest, please read the following guidelines. In order to be eligible, you must respect certain basic instructions. Below are some mandatory instructions. Photos that do not respect these instructions will not be eligible for the contest.

Rules & Instructions
  • Progress photos should be taken at the same time of the day. In the morning on an empty stomach is the ideal moment.

  • Your progress photos should be taken under the same lighting conditions.

  • To avoid any distorted perception of your physique, the lighting must be bright! An idea for good lighting is to be facing a window.

  • The photos must be taken in swimsuits or underwear so as to clearly display the physique in its purest form.

  • Photos must be taken from the front, side and back by holding a newspaper. Ask a friend to take a picture of you to make sure you are showing your entire body from head-to-toe, from front and back.

  • Photos that appear distorted or transformed will not be accepted.
