I’m Marialye, creator of the WONDERSQUAD community and the BeachBooty Challenge. I’ve been a personal trainer since 2010 and in that time I’ve helped thousands of women transform their lives through health and fitness. Fun Workouts

Have you ever been under the impression that you’ve hit a plateau or that your body isn’t progressing to your liking? If yes, trust me.... I know the feeling, it’s super frustrating and also really de-motivating.

One of the main reasons why we hit plateaus is that our bodies adapt very quickly to exercise routines. If we don’t mix things up while working out at home or the gym, or have a well-planned workout routine, our bodies won’t change and neither will our results.

The BeachBooty Challenge is a 6-week weight loss program that also targets the Booty to help you achieve the dream body you've always wanted.

WEEK 1 - WEEK 6 Fat loss and Cardiovascular/Muscular Endurance

The first phase will allow you to develop your cardio quickly and will also work the large muscle masses of your body. You will be encouraged by the fast results! You will also develop strength, as well as physical and mental endurance which are vital in the pursuit of your fitness goal. Using efficient, high-intensity interval workouts, you will be able to burn as many calories as you possibly can! Challenge periods are also included in your sessions, to speed up your weight loss and improve your fitness level.

Week 7 - WEEK 12 Fat Loss and Agility

The second phase will allow you to obtain optimal results with the addition of new movements. Your body adapts quickly to different training methods, and the results that can be obtained are not as significant after a routine has been established and repeated for some time. Therefore, to continue to achieve results and lose weight significantly, the integration of a new training program is required. At that point, since you will already have gained strength and experience, you will be able to push the boundaries of your body. You will leave your comfort zone with circuits that combine cardio and strength training. In this new training regiment, your body will continue to burn calories significantly, even at rest. Being able to achieve this will help you lose weight and give you ultimate results.

Refreshing, Healthy & Delicious Meal Plans

This is the part that most people get wrong, their diet - what you put into your body. Even if you’re doing everything right in your workouts at home or at the gym. If you’re diet isn’t on point, you won’t be seeing the results you expect when looking in the mirror or when setting foot on the scale. It can be very frustrating...

“Your DIET is responsible for 80% of your results”.

The meal plan of the BeachBooty Challenge is spread over six weeks to accompany you throughout your training by providing all the nutrients you need. It includes over 60 recipes and a variety of healthy snack ideas.

First Phase A detox to eliminate the Holiday toxins and to improve your digestion

The first phase is a 10-day detox, which will give a boost to your weight loss. By detoxifying your body, it will better respond to the following nutrition plan and to your physical training. This will maximize your weight loss, your results and your performance in training, not to mention many other benefits such as improving your digestion, strengthening your immune system and of course, increasing your energy level. There is also a 100% vegetal option available!

Second Phase A flexible and non-restrive meal plan

The second phase is a flexible, non-restrictive 6-week low-calorie and low-carbohydrate nutrition plan that targets healthy, balanced weight loss. You'll also have access to a table of equivalences to vary your menu as needed, recipes that are nutritious, simple and delicious and even a grocery list for your convenience! A vegetarian version is also included.

Third Phase An intuitive diet

Finally, the third phase will introduce you to the intuitive diet, which has no duration and is the ultimate goal to achieve. At that point, you will be able to make balanced food choices, in complete freedom, since you will have all the necessary tools in hand not only to pursue your goals, but also maintain your results long term, rather than taking back the lost pounds! You will also have access to a multitude of advices and health tips to stick to your good eating habits, such as healthy snacks and desserts ideas, that you can introduce to your diet without feeling guilty!
