2B-Side Plank Dumbbell Front Pull On 1 Foot
2B Lie down on your side and place both feet one on top of the other. Use your forearm for support on the ground and hold a DB in front of you at chest level. Lift the DB to the ceiling, the arm aligned with the shoulder. Keep your back straight and your abs contracted. Do not alternate every rep. Do 10 reps per side.
