Tabata method: 20 sec intensive followed by 10 sec recovery 8x =4 min maximum intensity. Perform consecutive tuck jumps by jumping and raising your knees high in front of you. Keep your head up and your abs contracted. Work on the front of the feet. Have the goal of beating your previous score every session. Count your repetitions.
