4-Side Jump Holding Bench
4 FINISHER Stand beside a bench with shoulders perpendicular to it. With your feet close together, jump on each side of the bench, holding the end of the bench with both hands. Do the exercise for 1min and take 15sec of break. Do a total of 4sets.
