3A-Lunge Dumbbell Biceps Curl Combo
Hold a DB in each hand. Perform a forward walking lunge, and execute a bicep curl with both arms simultaneously. Keep your back straight, your head up and your abs contracted. Use a supinated grip (palms forward). Alternate legs, and do a bicep curl every step. Count up to 12 bicep curls to complete the exercise (which equals 6 lunges per leg).
