2B-DB Chest Press On SB Feet Together
2B Place your upper back on a SB and bring your body parallel to the ground. Bring your feet close together. Grab a DB in each hand using a pronated grip and position your arms perpendicular to the ground. Keep your back straight and your abs contracted.
