2B-Alternated Dumbbell Plank Row
2B Start in a plank position. Hold a DB in hand using a neutral grip. Pull the DB up to the waist. Alternate. Do 10 reps per side. Keep your back straight and your abs contracted. Make sure you have your wrists straight.
