2A-Barbell Crossed Back Lunge
Place the bar on the trapezes OR hold DBs in your hands. Perform a back lunge by crossing one leg behind the other and return to the starting position by pushing on the back leg and leaning on the front leg. Alternate leg after every rep. Do 10 reps per leg. Keep your back straight, your head up and your abs contracted.
