LOAD HEAVY Using a wide stance with your feet pointing outward, take the kettle bell in a neutral grip. Pull the load off the ground keeping your back straight and your head up. Lower the kettle bell to the ground in a sumo squat. Push the glutes as far back as possible. Keep the abs contracted.
