2C-Bosu Trunk Rotation 1 Arm Dumbbell Raise
2C Support yourself with one hand on a Bosu ball. Keep the back straight, the abs contracted and the support arm perpendicular to the ground. Hold a DB in a neutral position, lift the weight while rotating the trunk. Bring the weight over your shoulder. Perform 10 reps per side. Do not alternate side each rep.
