Perform a lunge while doing a bicep curl with DB. Keep your back straight, your head up and the abs contracted. Use a supinated grip, palms forward. Alternate legs, and perform a bicep curl with both arms every step. Count up to 12 bicep curls to complete the exercise (which equals 6 reps per leg).
