Standing, rest the bar on the front of the shoulders and place the hands on the outside of the shoulders palms forward. Bend your knees (squat) while pushing the bar with your shoulders over your head. Lower the bar to the starting position. Keep your back straight and the abs contracted.
* Alternative perform the movement with DB if lack of upper body mobility.
