5-Box Drill Sprint Shuffle
5 Start with an acceleration to the cone, turn and move sideways (Shuffle step) back to the first cone. When you reach the cone where you started, sprint again to the second cone. Then, shuffle steps back to the second cone facing the opposite direction as your first rep.
