3B-Side Plank On Knee Elastic Abduc
3B Start by lying on the ground on your side. Using your forearm as support and one knee, maintain the position keeping the free leg aligned with the body and knee pointing forward. Place a band around your thighs (just above the knees), lift the upper leg and hold the position for a few seconds. Keep your back straight and your abs contracted. Do 15reps/side. Switch side after completing 15 repetitions.
