2B-Up & Down DB Side Plank Feet On SB
2B In the lateral plank position resting on your elbow with ankles on swiss ball. Keep the body perpendicular to the ground and the legs aligned with the rest of the body. Hold a DB on your hip. Perform movements up and down and do the same on the other side. Do 10 reps / side. Do not alternate.
