Sautéed cari edamame beans
Bring 2 cups of salted water to the boil and cook soybeans for 4 to 6 minutes.
Brown the mushrooms and peppers in the coconut butter for about 5 minutes.
Once the beans are cooked properly, drain them well.
Place the soybeans in a bowl and coat with olive oil.
Season the beans with the curry powder and sesame seeds.
Serve with mushrooms and peppers.
