Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C). You will need to cook the broccoli alongside the meatballs so that everything is ready at the same time.
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and a drizzle of oil. Add seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, garlic…). Mix well to coat broccoli with seasonings.
Spread broccoli on a baking sheet. Set aside.
Oil a baking sheet with coconut butter. Set aside for the meatballs.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the meatballs. Create small balls and place them on the oiled baking sheet.
Cook chicken in the oven 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is cooked through and cook broccoli in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
Meanwhile, mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
Take the meatballs out of the oven and pour the sauce on top. Serve with grilled broccoli.
