Omelet with warm apples
Heat up a small pan and add the coconut butter to melt.
Add the apple slices and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with slices with cinnamon powder.
In a small bowl, combine the eggs with the coconut milk and whisk with a fork. Pour the egg mixture over the apples in the pan.
When the eggs are almost ready, add the cheese to the eggs and let it melt for a few minutes.
Serve with a hint of maple syrup and sprinkle with cinnamon powder to taste.
