Protein soup
Fill a small pot with water and bring to a boil.
Cut carrots and sweet potato into small pieces.
Add the vegetables to the pot and cook for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Rinse the white beans and set them aside.
After draining your vegetables, add them to the blender with the rest of the ingredients. Mix until you get a smooth texture.
Season with salt, pepper, and ginger
